Where to Eat
The Suffolk Coast boasts a wide range of excellent pubs, cafés and restaurants.
At Aldeburgh Music
Food and drink is available at Snape Maltings Concert Hall from the Oyster Bar and Restaurant. For events at Snape Maltings Concert Hall, the informal Oyster Bar is open two hours before the start of each concert. There is no need to book but arrive early for the best chance of a window seat.
The Concert Hall Restaurant is open for selected performances. Please contact the Aldeburgh Music Box Office on 01728 687 110 to check availability and book. Reservations for the traditional, table-service restaurant must be made in advance, by 1pm on the day of the performance.
There is also a fully stocked bar for events in the Hoffmann Building (Britten Studio and Jerwood Kiln Studio), open one hour before performances.
Elsewhere within Snape Maltings
A range of eateries can be found at Snape Maltings, with Café 1885 in the House and Garden shop, the Granary tea shop, and the Plough and Sail pub. For more details, visit the Snape Maltings website.
