Britten Centenary Circle

Play your part in a unique celebration of one of the greatest creative minds to emerge from these shores. Whilst music organisations all around the world mark Benjamin Britten’s Centenary, the focus will be on Aldeburgh, at the heart of his remarkable legacy. Aldeburgh Music’s Centenary programme will be a celebration of Britten like no other, exploring not just his music, but how Suffolk inspired him and his wider legacy of education and supporting young talent.
Our aim is not just to make 2013 a magical year of music but to strengthen this extraordinary legacy for years to come.
