A Celebration of Schools’ Music off to a fantastic start

A Celebration of Schools' Music runs all through this week (4-9 March at 7pm, Snape Maltings Concert Hall), bringing together schools from across Suffolk to provide a glimpse of the quality of music-making happening in classrooms across the county.

Over the week, upwards of 1500 pupils from approximately 50 schools will perform every kind of music imaginable, much of it inspired by Britten. All ages and all abilities are brought together in this musical extravaganza, a partnership between Aldeburgh Music and Suffolk County Council.
